100% of all manufacturing is conducted in a clean room environment. Relative humidity is maintained at 50% +/- 2%. Temperature is constant at 70 degrees Fahrenheit +/- 2 degrees. Films that ship out from ReyHan PGF are protected from humidity changes by using a vapor barrier foil bag. This gets your films closer to your environment faster.
ReyHan PGF offers large format imaging up to 63 X 96 inches with a resolution up to 5000 DPI; allowing for line and spaces as low as .003 inches.
ReyHan PGF offers high resolution films up to 31 X 43 inches. Resolutions of 5000, 10,000, 16,000 and 20,000 DPI allow for a full range of possibilities. 20,000 DPI produces .0005 inch lines and spaces with no stair stepping, including off standard angles.
ReyHan PGF offers 3M’s Silver Phototool Protector. Adding this coating to a phototool protects it from scratches and a variety of commonly used solvents. The thickness of the coating adds only 3.0 microns (0.00011811 inch) to the emulsion side, thus keeping your off contact to a minimum unlike other laminated film protectors that can increase your off contact up to 0.001 inch. With an operating width of 30 inches and unlimited length, most phototools may be coated.
